Get Clear in Your Career
“I never really planned to be a (insert career here). I just kind of fell into it.”
“I’m successful with a good job that I should love—but I’m not passionate. It just isn’t right.”
“I feel like I’m wasting my time and energy on this planet.”
“I know there’s something more powerful for me to contribute. I just don’t know what.”
“I’m lucky to have a job with security and benefits. That’s what holds me back from leaving and embarking on the career that really excites me.”
“I’ve decided to change careers but I’m overwhelmed by everything involved. I need help getting organized and getting going!”
“I don’t know what I want, but I know it’s not this.”
“The career I worked toward turned out to be nothing like how I dreamed it would be. But I’ve invested so much of my life in it, and I’m afraid I’m not qualified for anything else. What now?
“What if I never find the thing I’m really supposed to do?”
Let’s get a couple of things straight right off the bat:
1) You are not alone.
2) It is not too late for you to find the work you love.
Career clarity coaching is for the lost career transitioner who wants to get clear, get focused, and get into action.
This process is about helping you get crystal clear on who you are, what you’re here to do, and how you want to do it. The work we’ll do together is likely to impact your life for the next 3, 4, 5, or 6 decades—and that is a GOOD thing! So stop beating yourself up because you “should have figured this out in my twenties,” and celebrate the fact that you are a thirtysomething on a mission to find the right work for you.
Don’t you owe it to yourself—and to the world—to do what you’re meant to do?
Whether you’re looking to change to a completely different field, start your own business or freelance career, or find more satisfaction and impact in your current field, this process is about helping you to get crystal-clear on your career path and purpose—and to take action to make it happen.
Through this process, you’ll immediately create more of what you want right now, while designing your transition for where you’re going.
We’ll also identify other areas in your life that may be impacting your work situation—AND, the reverse: how your work situation is impacting other areas of your life. And we’ll get to the root of the the hidden things that are getting in your way at work, so that if and when you do make a change, your problems won’t just follow you to a new position.
As needed, we’ll work on improving your confidence and skills so that you can take action powerfully.
